This is one of 2 of my favorite rappers (the second being muzeONE, his bandcamp). His name is Stephen the Levite and he’s been around since 2006, but not put out more music since 2006! I’ve been eager for more, and it’s coming in one week!

So, S.O., an artist from Lamp Mode Recordings, has quickly become one of my favorite Hip-Hop artist. And I say artists intentionally. Many rappers I wouldn’t really consider artists, just showmen. But S.O. is an artist of his life and through his lyrics.
In the Christian realm of Hip-Hop, he’s the epitome of life-rap, to use one term. His free album would have been a classic even if it they wanted money for it and I still return to listen to it to this day. And when I do I usually can’t stop for a week or so!
Well, this was a verse that he did during the production of that album that apparently was going to be used for his feature on another Christian Hip-Hopper’s (Tedashii) album. It was never used, but here it is for our pleasure. It’s sooo goood!
Do NOT sleep on Stephen!! I’m tellin you right now.
